Adult General

Our general grief support groups are offered the first, third, fourth and fifth Monday nights of the month from 7-9 and Wednesday from 11-1.  Check out our calendar for the most up to date meeting information.

Most people come to know the Christi Center through our Monday night grief groups.  These groups are open to all adults and teens, regardless of their loss.  In our Monday night meetings, we begin in a large group–our “Heart Circle.”  Those who wish to introduce themselves and say who they’re here “for the love of.”  We then break into smaller groups based on the type of loss:  child, spouse,  parent, or other major loss.  We often offer additional groups for men and for couples, if needed.

Our Wednesday daytime group is a bit smaller, but has the same structure as our Monday night meetings.  The Wednesday group often enjoys lunch together after meeting.
