We offer free, ongoing, monthly support groups located in East Austin for adults in the community grieving the loss of a loved one. Groups are held the second Thursday of every month from 6:30-8 pm at Greater Mount Zion Baptist Church, located at 1801 Pennsylvania Ave Austin, TX 78702.
Participants receive support from peers who can closely relate to the experience of loss. They are provided with a safe space to express themselves, receive support, tools, and coping strategies to help them manage their complex emotions and reactions to their loss.
